The Consumer hereby selects the delivery address specified with his/her order as address for the service of all formal notices and legal processes in connection with these Terms and Conditions, however the Consumer may change the address to any other physical address by giving MusiciansDomain.com not less than 7 (seven) days’ notice in writing.
Notices must be sent either by hand, prepaid registered and must be in English. All notices sent –

Marketing consultants are based in South Africa – and are not required to work public holidays, weekends and during their annual leave. Working hours 08:00 to 16:30 – GMT+02:00 Monday to Friday.
Arrangements will however be made in their absence to ensure marketing continues as per your subscription offering.
